2027 ASTF Registration
The event capacity at our venue will be capped at 350 dancers. We are working to balance roles and encourage you to sign up with a partner. Waitlists will be implemented as needed.
Important Registration Dates
- ASTF 2027 Registration will open on Monday, September 14, 2026.
- Early Bird Pricing will end on Tuesday, January 12, 2027.

Door Workshop Tickets
A La Carte Workshops will be available for purchase at the door for Milonga pass holders. We will be CASHLESS at the door.
Individual Milonga Tickets
Individual Milonga tickets will not be sold.
Refunds
- 100% refund for cancellations 4 weeks prior to the festival.
- 50% refund for cancellations from 2 to 4 weeks prior to the festival.
- No refunds for cancellations 2 weeks prior to the festival.
