The Austin Spring Tango Festival is an intimate, welcoming festival set in the heart of Austin hosted in a gorgeous mansion. Our festival brings together an outstanding lineup of maestros and DJs for a weekend filled with inspiring workshops, memorable milongas, and plenty of opportunities to dance. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning to familiar faces, we invite you to make Austin your spring tango destination.
As a nonprofit organization run by dedicated volunteers, the Austin Tango Society is committed to giving back to the tango community we love. Net proceeds from the festival are reinvested into programs that support and strengthen the local Austin tango scene.

The Austin Tango Society is proud to sponsor the Austin Spring Tango Festival. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we strive to promote Argentine tango in Austin, to provide opportunities to learn and dance, and to build an open and generous tango community. We also host the Austin Tango Calendar and sponsor the local Guided Practica Program. The Austin Tango Society supports the Austin Tango Community Safe Spaces Policy.
