Antonella Terrazas and Pablo Rodríguez have been dancing together since 2023, merging years of individual experience into a unique and fully fused style. Their tango blends elegance, creativity, and emotion, creating a poetic narrative in every figure. Together they display exceptional flow, elastic and smooth movements, and a rich, playful rhythmic interpretation. Their deep musical connection and harmony create a style that is expressive, sophisticated, and captivating, where tradition and innovation meet seamlessly.

 

Born in Mendoza, Argentina, into a family of dancers and choreographers, Antonella Terrazas has established herself as a distinguished international tango dancer and teacher. With a rich background in ballet, contemporary dance, and yoga, she began her career as a choreographic director in Argentina, leading massive performances for large audiences. For over 12 years, she has performed and taught tango globally, developing a clear and precise teaching methodology that emphasizes individual expression and personal style. She directs Tango House Budapest and Skopje, created the intensive program Tango Awaken, and offers online classes on platforms like Tangomeet.com. In addition to collaborating with the dance brand Bloch, she has served as a jury member for numerous prestigious competitions, including the European and World Tango Championships. Her holistic teaching approach combines various dance disciplines to help students cultivate their own voice within tango.

Pablo Rodríguez is an esteemed tango dancer, teacher, and organizer from Buenos Aires, who began his journey in 2002 at El Viejo Correo. With a rich background in music, physical theater, and contemporary dance, he views tango as a synthesis of the arts and a direct link to his cultural roots. His training includes studies with legendary milongueros at the Ballet School of Argentina’s National Secretariat of Culture, as well as with contemporary masters, creating a style that blends traditional Villa Urquiza foundations with modern pedagogical approaches. After winning the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Tango Championship in 2006 with Noelia Hurtado, he began a distinguished international career, performing and teaching at major festivals worldwide. He has collaborated with notable partners like Noelia Hurtado and Corina Herrera, and since 2023, he has been performing and teaching with Antonella Terrazas. Beyond his performance career, Pablo holds degrees in Political Science and Economics, and he is the founder of Milonga La Discépolo and co-creator of the San Telmo Tango Festival, reflecting his dedication to tango as a living cultural art form.
